I work with cyclists to structure individual programmes to help them achieve their goals. 

Recent examples have been:

– Competitor in UCI World U23 Time Trial
– Helping a cross country mtb rider improve his power output and race performances
– Helping a rider prepare for a week cyclo climbing in the Italian Dolomites
– Helping a novice rider to build her strength and stamina for a coast to coast ride
– Helping a novice rider to build his climbing strength and endurance for the Raid Pyrenees challenge
– Helping a rider, with very limited time, peak for the Etape Du Tour
– Working with an under 16 year old rider to get him in the national top 3 for his age group

How does it work?

As with my personal training, I believe that there is no “one size fits all”.  Choose from the following:

– Bespoke periodised training programme design
– One to one road cycling
– One to one core training to complement your cycling
– Turbo tests using heart rate or power to determine your training zones
– Or “Old School” training methods if you don’t have a heart rate monitor/turbo
