Exercise & Workouts in a place convenient to you

I work with clients, usually in their own homes, using simple equipment such as an exercise mat, exercise ball, dumbbells and a skipping rope.  Almost every muscle or body area exercised in a gym on a machine, can be just as effectively exercised at home using one’s own bodyweight and the equipment described.  I also work outdoors with clients, perhaps running or cycling, starting and finishing from their homes, we can even arrange to meet at or near your workplace.  The great advantage of this system is that it saves you a lot of time and is much more convenient to fit into your lifestyle.

Cycling Training
I have also started a one to one “on bike” training system to help individuals build towards their cycling goals.  Recent programmes include helping a novice cyclist prepare for a UK coast to coast ride and helping a more experienced rider prepare for an overseas group cycling trip.  I’ve prepared other riders for the very challenging Raid Pyrenees and, most recently, have helped someone prepare for their first sprint triathlon, where they made the top ten percent in the overall result.  Please click here for more details.

Programmes tailored to your requirements

I believe that there is no standard exercise programme that can be a “one size fits all”.  Taking account of the client’s goals and objectives, likes and dislikes, I work out and agree an individual routine to suit their needs.  No two clients are the same and no two clients should have the same programme!

How we can work together

  1. Contact me by filling in this form, by email or telephone.
  2. I’ll then email you a questionnaire for you to complete and return
  3. We’ll arrange to meet for a free initial consultation that includes a discussion about your targets and lifestyle. This is a great opportunity to assess your needs, likes and dislikes relating to exercise, and agree in general terms how we can move forward
  4. I then go away and formulate an appropriate detailed plan and present it to you before our first formal exercise session.
