From £35 for a session
Block book and pre pay for ten sessions from £350
Otherwise from £40 for single sessions

This includes travel to and from your home, your bespoke programme design and progressive changes, demonstration of techniques, teaching tips, monitoring your progress, as well as ongoing contact through phone, text and email.

If you and a friend or partner wish to double up for a session, assuming you are on a similar workout, then I will charge a fee from £50.

(Rates for any session will increase for my travel time over 15 minutes each way)

Cycle Coaching

Initial turbo test for local clients Heart rate and/or power

Plan only
– £40 per six week plan

Initial test and first plan
– £80

Local clients – one to one on bike training sessions
– from £35/hour

Prepaid block of core training sessions
– from £400 for 10 sessions (includes free training plan)

Full fitness screening with scientific testing in laboratory conditions from Sports Science Academics including ramp test, Vo2 Max, report etc
– £150. (NB this fee is payable direct to the institution)
